What You'll Do
Here is a non-exhaustive list of job duties and responsibilities:
- Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns within Google Youtube Ads and Google Display Network.
- Measure and Optimize performance of campaigns using front-end statistics to back campaigns into specific CPL and ROI targets.
- Build and analyze campaign reports; identify trends and insights; and present and execute on recommendations.
- Provide recommendations of new traffic sources and traffic types, including strategies for scaling new channels profitably.
- Stay up to date on industry trends regarding new platforms, tools, and competitor data.
- Implement and finetune robust conversion tracking events.
Skills and Experience
- 4 Years experience in running digital Performance Marketing campaigns with specific ROI goals in native advertising.
- Deep knowledge of YouTube Ads and GDN settings.
- If you're spending over $100,000/month on YouTube or GDN sources then you're in the right spot.
- Ability to develop high conversion funnels: Ads, landing pages, lead forms.
Rocket Boosters
- Knowledge of the Insurance vertical, the Insurance ecosystem, and relevant industry KPIs
- Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation)
- E-Commerce and lead generation experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to create video ads.
