Position Overview:
215 Marketing is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager who combines expertise in client relationship management, project management, and paid advertising. This role is pivotal in driving our agency's growth and ensuring client satisfaction through seamless project execution and strategic advertising campaigns.
With a minimum of 2 years of experience in both account management and project management, preferably in an agency setting, as well as proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns (specifically with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, and Bing Ads), the ideal candidate will be a cornerstone in driving our agency's growth and client satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience with Account Management (Client Communications, Meetings, Report, Proposals)
- 2+ years of experience with Project Management (Project budgeting, planning, oversight)
- 2+ years of experience with Paid Advertising (specifically Google, LinkedIn, Meta & Bing) (Strategy, Planning, Building, and Optimization)
- 2+ years of agency experience
- Ability to function autonomously, be self-directed, self-motivated, dynamic, and decisive
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention-to-detail
- Outgoing personality with the ability to adapt to your audience
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage workflow in a high-energy, collaborative, team-oriented environment
- Experience with project & task management software (e.g. Asana, etc.)

Responsibilities/Role:
- Virtually meet with our clients as a representative of our company
- Act as the primary point of contact for multiple advertising-centric client accounts, fostering and nurturing client relationships
- Provide expert guidance on paid advertising strategies & performance
- Coordinate project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope
- Translate client needs and project objectives to both internal teams and external contractors
- Schedule and lead internal and external meetings for project success and reviews
- Monitor and report on the progress of projects, managing any scope changes or challenges
- Monitor and report on the progress of advertising performance, managing volatility and addressing challenges proactively
- Strong skills in advertising management functions, including:
- Monitoring and managing advertising budgets effectively
- Pausing and activating campaigns as per strategy requirements
- Tracking and analyzing lead volume and cost per lead metrics
- Identifying and resolving performance issues in advertising campaigns
- Interpreting and generating detailed performance reports

Competitive Compensation:
- Salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 + Benefits

The majority of our focus is in growth marketing, where we support our clients with effective and efficient lead generation, a strong analytics infrastructure, high-converting websites, and integrated CRMs.
