We are already a very well established player in the limo market with more than 20 years in business. Our clients are diverse, from wedding parties to the largest companies worldwide. We work directly with large travel departments as well as a family that may need a quick ride to the airport. Our goal is to make the client's event look effortless. Our safety record speaks for itself and our vehicles are fresh and enjoyable for clients.

We are seeking like-minded team members that want to learn and grow in the ground transportation industry. Base pay starting between 60K-80K (with the below experience). Monthly generous commissions.

We are seeking a confident and experienced professional with a background in transportation to grow our company in an innovative new direction. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities as well as partner with key stakeholders to ensure success. This individual will also need to be able to research, analyze and understand the financial aspects of business plans and the organizations which develop them.

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business opportunities and identify potential customers.
• Establish a plan to develop and retain customers.
• Understand and ability to quote client, follow-up, close.
• Use our internal online portal to load customers trips and information as needed.
• Create contracts from templates when needed.
• Know your competitors.
• Develop promotional campaigns to drive business development.
• Communicate with clients and consumers on behalf of your company.
• Prepare weekly reports with projections as well as closings.

Experience:

• Must have degree(s) in Transportation or at least 10 years experience
• Strong motivation
• Problem solving skills, can handle high-paced environment
• Consultative selling skills
• Communication skills, especially with high-level decision-makers
• Knowledge of the meetings & events industry
• Experience with research and lead generation
• Not afraid of the phone - inbound/outbound calls required daily as well as emails

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
