M-F Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office/2 days remote
Source and attract candidates via diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit and interest in available positions.
Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for each department.
Regular follow up with candidates and hiring managers on the process status.
Communicate employer benefits during screening or interview process, as necessary.
Maintain a high level of integrity and trust to handle confidential employee and company information.
Assist with maintaining employee files and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:Computer Proficient with Windows , Google Suite, Excel, Word, Etc..
