People Recruiter

Description:

This role presents an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about connecting with others and driven to excel in the dynamic realm of recruitment. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and team members to comprehend staffing needs and execute effective recruitment strategies.

M-F Hybrid Schedule 3 days in office/2 days remote

Source and attract candidates via diverse channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.

Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to evaluate candidate fit and interest in available positions.

Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and campaigns.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system

Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs for each department.

Regular follow up with candidates and hiring managers on the process status.

Communicate employer benefits during screening or interview process, as necessary.

Maintain a high level of integrity and trust to handle confidential employee and company information.

Assist with maintaining employee files and other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Computer Proficient with Windows , Google Suite, Excel, Word, Etc..

Be able to maintain the highest level of professionalism, confidentiality, trust and respect at all times.

Ability to be objective and understand the roles and responsibilities of a Human Resources representative

Ability to prioritize workload.

Highly detail oriented.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.

Knowledge of Paylocity a plus+

Must pass a criminal background check.

Must meet employment eligibility.
