WHAT IS THE ROLE ABOUT? As our People Operations Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our diverse and geographically distributed employee population a variety of issues and needs (including benefits, performance management, new hire orientation, HRIS support, accommodations, etc.).

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:
- Provide stellar service and support on a variety of tactical and strategic HR issues and topics to employees across the organization
- Partner with People Ops (HR) team to develop L&D content and programs
- Support Talent Acquisition (TA) team with new employee onboarding and orientation
- Actively process employee data changes, manage and run reports in/using HRIS (ADP Workforce Now)
- Look for ways to optimize processes to improve employee experience
- Help drive employee engagement and recognition programs
- Support employees and managers through performance management process
- Provide support on benefits plans, leave of absence options and policy administration
YOU MUST HAVE (MINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Bachelor’s degree minimum
- 3+ years of HR/People Operations experience in a fast-paced and growth organization providing employee support with a variety of needs related to benefits, LOAs, performance management, HRIS changes, onboarding and off boarding
- Strong experience working with, entering, managing and running reports on HRIS data
- Experience leveraging technology to drive efficiency, automation and productivity improvements
- Experience managing projects and programs such as tuition reimbursement, employee engagement, etc.
- Advanced technical and MS Excel skills (including VLookups, Pivot tables)
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills to respond to and support employees via email and in-person as well as lead and develop presentations
- Solid knowledge of employment laws
IDEAL IF YOU HAVE (PREFERRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE)
- Degree focused in Human Resources
- Experience with ADP Workforce Now (ADP WFN)
- Experience with LMS’ and prior experience creating learning/ training content
- Prior experience in an entrepreneurial, high-tech or innovation focused org
- Impeccable attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
LOCATION – Hybrid In-office/remote: In-office four (4) days per week (Tues-Thurs minimum) required. Ideal candidate will be in office five (5) days to provide adequate office coverage. Candidate must reside locally and within a reasonable distance to our Boston, MA office location. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
