We are searching for curious self-starters with a genuine interest in people. These hard-working individuals have always had a natural bend toward hospitality, no matter where they worked, because they’ve always seen themselves as part of something bigger.
This individual has a general knowledge of all things related to people + culture and looks for ways to assist team members and applicants all while ensuring that experience is the Makeready way; always valuing people over process. This individual will have a broad knowledge of people and culture functions, from hiring to onboarding and from team member compensation to evaluation.
