We are seeking a Junior HR Coordinator to join our fast-growing startup team. The Junior HR Coordinator will support our Human Resources department in various tasks related to recruitment, employee relations, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a passion for HR and strong organizational skills.
What you will be working on:- Assist in recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
- Conduct initial phone screenings of potential candidates and coordinate in-person interviews with hiring managers
- Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes, including new hire paperwork, orientation, and exit interviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures
- Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide support in various HR-related tasks
- Assist with HR projects and initiatives as assigned by the Sr. Director of People & Culture
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-2 years of HR experience or relevant internship experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- aPHR or HR Management certificate a must for those without previous experience
