Position Responsibilities:
- Assist potential clients with setting up services through daily walk-ins for open-access intake assessments
- Researches and develops community resources in response to identified client needs
- Serves as a liaison between the consumers, care managers, and therapists
- Demonstrates good interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilities; serves as a positive role model for clients.
- Engage with clients by phone and in person to offer support and guidance
Position Requirements:
- HS Diploma or GED required.
- Current or past consumer of community Mental health services.
- Willingness to self-identify as being in recovery and share personal journey to support and benefit program members.
- Basic computer knowledge
- Position requires occasional driving of a company/ own vehicle. Valid driver's license and vehicle may be required.
