As a Pediatrics Front Office Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring that families feel supported and well-cared for from the moment they step through our doors. Your responsibilities will include:

Position Details:

  • PART TIME: 20-30 hours per week
  • FULL TIME: 40 hours per week
  • Greet patients and families with a warm and friendly demeanor, making them feel comfortable and valued.
  • Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and provide accurate information to callers.
  • Check-in patients, verify insurance information, and assist with completing necessary forms.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient patient flow and provide timely updates.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
  • Assist with billing and payment processing, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive atmosphere.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and cohesive team environment, working together to provide exceptional care.
  • Reports to: Clinic Administrator

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical office setting preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative work setting.
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent education or certification.
  • Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary commensurate with experience.

  • Start: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.

Flexible Schedules:
