RN – Pediatrics Unit Hours

5 days a week

Monday-Thursday - 11:30am to 8pm

Friday – 8:30am to 5pm

RN – Pediatrics Unit Compensation

• Pay Rate $65.00-$70.00 an hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

RN – Pediatrics Unit Responsibilities

· Record children’s medical history, symptoms, and vital signs

· Update charts and electronic health records (EHR)

· Performs blood draws and administers vaccines

· Observes and monitors pediatric patients’ symptoms and vital sign.

· Administers medication and other doctor-recommended treatment plans

· Advises patients and their parents on medication instructions and at-home care

RN – Pediatrics Unit Requirements

· New York State RN License

· Pediatric Experience – One Year

· AHA BLS, IV/Phlebotomy experience
