Pinnacle Kidz Pediatric Physical Therapy is an outpatient specialty clinic, providing physical therapy and gross motor developmental support to infants and children from birth through adolescence. We are currently looking to hire a bright, energetic individual who is passionate about the field of Pediatric Physical therapy to join our team. This position requires the capacity to work independently, excellent communication skills, and the ability to anticipate and deliver the needs of our our clients based on their goals and our company values. An ideal candidate would have some previous experience in a pediatric setting.
Position Summary:
We are currently looking to hire a part-time or full-time Physical Therapist for our San Francisco office for temporary maternity leave coverage, with the potential to transition to a permanent position. While we are a pediatric clinic, we do see some adults patients at our practice with orthopedic diagnoses. A candidate with adult physical therapy experience who is looking to break into pediatrics could be a great fit for this position and is encouraged to apply. Job Responsibilities Include:
- Evaluation and treatment of various developmental, congenital, neurologic, and orthopedic conditions in infants, young children, and adolescents.
- Evaluation and treatment of some adults with orthopedic conditions
- Development and implementation of physical therapy plans of care in accordance with our company values and family goals
- Delivery of physical therapy services via both in-office visits and telehealth
- Parent and caregiver education, training, and home program instruction
- Completion of required documentation in compliance with company policies
- Effective verbal and written communication with staff, caregivers and related care providers
- Promotion of our profession and company brand within the community
Required Qualifications Include:
- Current license from the Physical Therapy Board of California in good standing or PTLA
- Valid CPR certification
- Some physical therapy experience in a pediatric setting preferred
