Pay Range: $30 - $46/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- The RN manages the nursing care of critically ill patients in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the healthcare organization.
- Perform direct patient care within the scope of the Registered Nurse Practice Act with emphasis on the cardiovascular service line. 36 BED HIGH-VOLUME UNIT; RN TO PATIENT RATIO: 1:4
- Will accept ADN but BSN is required within 24 months of hire.
- Current TX licensure as an RN or valid compact license
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider (American Heart Association)
- Current ACLS (American Heart Association)
- 1 year of PCU/RENAL /Telemetry/ED exp
- In Case Oncology – 2 years of Exp
- In Pediatric Pool RN- 3 years of EXp
