Responsibilities
This Occupational Therapist will be responsible for planning and implementing treatment based on goals provided as well as documentation for services and parent education. No two children are the same and therapists will need to use their expertise and creativity to connect with their clients, implementing a variety of approaches to find the "just right" therapeutic fit for your clients. Our therapy style is primarily play-based in a one-on-one setting. Therapists will need to be self-driven, organized, a quick learner, and capable of juggling multiple tasks and responsibilities at one time while providing high-touch service to clients, families, and caregivers.
This is a summer-only position for our Summer Bridge Program. The primary focus of this new program is focused on intensive therapy.

Requirements
- Applicants should have 2+ years of relevant pediatric experience;
- Kansas Occupational Therapy License must be valid before May 1, 2024;
- A Master's Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university; and
- A personal professional liability policy
Availability
The Summer Bridge Program will be from June 3 to July 26 (8 weeks). Therapists are required to commit to at least seven of the eight weeks of the program. The therapist must be available for a new hire orientation on Saturday, June 1st.
Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 1:30 pm.
Compensation
This position is paid $47 per billable hour of therapy.
