Pediatric Nurse Practitioner - Inpatient Pediatric Gastroenterology (Riley Children's Health)

We are seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to join the InpatientPediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology and Nutrition team at the nationally ranked Riley Children's Health in Indianapolis, IN!

The board-certified pediatric gastroenterologists and skilled team members at Riley provide expert, personalized care to children with conditions of the digestive tract, liver and pancreas, as well as nutritional issues. Through comprehensive evaluation, individualized treatment and extensive education, we work with each child to improve health and ensure quality of life.

Position Details:

• Full Time, Day Shift
  • Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• 90% inpatient, 10% outpatient
• Join a thriving team of 31 physicians and 3 APPs
• Practice at Riley Children's Hospital
• Provide care for pediatric patients with gastrointestinal issues (i.e, Crohn's, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, failure to thrive, vomiting, malnutrition, liver issues, blood in stool, etc.) in the inpatient, hospital setting. Some outpatient clinic follow-up as needed.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree required
• PNP certification required
• Open to new graduates with a background in pediatrics
• Peds GI experience preferred
• Ideal candidates will be a team player and have strong communication and critical thinking skills
