Job Summary
Responsible for developing and maintaining a referral relations program by promoting clinic physician services and other services to external medical professionals (referral sources). Monitors staff communication with referral sources. Facilitates communication between clinic physicians and referral sources.
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or GED plus two or more years in customer service in a healthcare setting
