```Responsibilities```
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians

- Assist with patient assessments and document findings
- Provide wound care and dressings
- Perform catheterizations and venipunctures
- Assist with critical care procedures, such as ventilating and inhaling patients
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and self-care techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality

```Qualifications```
- Valid LPN license in the state of [LOCATION]
- Previous experience in home care or acute care settings preferred
- Knowledge of family planning and acute pain management techniques
