Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervise the performance of nurse aide work assignments to patients.
• Reviews the contents of the care plan to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies and internal quality controls.
• Completes clinical record reviews, nursing notes, and documentation.
• Oversee services provided for medically fragile patients.
• Report any problems or progress to the Director of Nursing.
• Assistance with medication management.
• Ability to complete other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing and Staff Nurses.
