Pediatric Hospitalist Position in Alaska - Pacific Companies

Professional Details
- Practice Details:
- Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Pediatric Hospitalists
- Focus on treating underserved Native Alaskan children
- Engage in unique cases offering interesting & fun daily experiences
- Flexible schedule with typically one trip per month
- No need for an Alaska Medical License to start
- Compensation Package:
- First year compensation ranges from $398,407 to $478,929
- Up to $156.78/hour and up to $60,000/year metrics bonus
- Annual retention bonuses up to $22,827
- Generous $50,000 sign-on bonus with a 3-year commitment
- Enjoy up to $20,000 relocation assistance
- Clinical Environment:
- Hospital Medicine treating patients up to 18 years old
- Work with an interdisciplinary team including sub-specialists in Anchorage
- Be part of a tribally operated, not-for-profit regional hospital serving over 50 Native Alaskan villages
