Responsibilities: - Perform various auto body repair tasks, including but not limited to: dent repair, panel replacement, and frame straightening - Utilize airless paint spraying techniques to ensure a smooth and even finish - Detail vehicles to meet quality standards and customer expectations - Collaborate with team members to complete repairs in a timely manner - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area Qualifications: - Previous experience in auto body repair or related field preferred - Knowledge of dealership procedures and standards is a plus - Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment necessary for auto body repair - Familiarity with sheet metal work and fabrication techniques - Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship - Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their concerns - Ability to accurately estimate repair costs and provide quotes to customers - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
