Job Description:
**New York State, where Samaritan is located, is now mandated by the State, that all healthcare workers be vaccinated as of 9/27/21 or have a first documented covid vaccine. Medical exemptions are being reviewed by our health department. If your traveler is declining the Covid vaccine & does not have a medical exemption we are unable to consider the traveler. Religious exemptions for the Covid vaccine are not longer supported in the State of NY
PCU RN Days - Samaritan Medical Center Watertown NY 7a-7:30 p. 13 week assignment 12 hour shifts
Must have a current RN license.
Traveler must have completed at least 1 successful traveler assignment. New travelers will not be considered
Meditech experience a plus. BLS required. ACLS required, PALS preferred but not required
Previous Samaritan employees have to be gone at least 2 years and be eligible for rehire to be considered. (Contact facility for inquires) Permanent residence of traveler must be at least 60 miles away.

**GUARANTEED HOURS ARE BIWEEKLY** The facility schedules in two week periods. 72 hour biweekly guaranteed for 12 hour shifts (OT begins after 72); It may or may not be split evenly between weeks. **WORK WEEK** The facility's work week is Thursday to Wednesday.
