All evening and night shifts include shift differentials.
The base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. Shift differentials have been included in the range. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity and contracts.
Medication Historian
3 years retail Pharmacy experience
- High school level of knowledge.
- Previous pharmacy technician experience.
- Ability to handle large volume of work and work in fast-paced environment.
- Alertness, Detail Oriented, Strong Interpersonal Skills, Ability to Prioritize, Accurate.
- Maintain sterile preparation of IV's, Aseptic Technique test annually.
- Certified IV Room Assistant - PTCB certification required.

THE MEDICAL CENTER
Samaritan Medical Center was founded in 1881 and has provided the diverse health care needs of the community since that time. Its current service area includes the city of Watertown, Jefferson, Lewis, southern St. Lawrence and northern Oswego counties, all in the northern part of the state of New York. It has evolved from a five-bed hospital to a current 294-bed acute care facility and regional referral center for northern New York. The hospital provides a full array of services including emergency care, medical surgical, critical care, pediatrics, maternity and a 24-hour full service and state of the art emergency department as well as inpatient mental health services.
