Develop and drive composite metrology solutions and controls for Micron. Collaborate with process areas to identify composite metrology opportunities and develop automated composite metrology systems to reduce process variation, collaborate with global teams to transfer composite metrology solutions and align composite metrology and control strategies. Work with area-level representatives to understand the characteristics of the process, identify tuning parameters and their associated metrology responses and use this information to provide real-time results. Monitoring and continuous improvement of virtual metrology solutions. Conduct fault detection, statistical process control and data science to identify and deliver innovative solutions to current Technology Development needs. May telecommute from home part-time.

Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or related field.
