SalarySchweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) seeks a curious, scientific-minded, and detail-oriented professional to join our Process Engineering Team in our brand-new printed circuit board factory. If you are looking for an opportunity to learn hands-on, provide technical support, innovate, and maintain complex manufacturing processing spanning many different engineering disciplines, keep reading! This opportunity is for Engineers of all experience levels, our close-knit teams provide ample opportunity to gain exposure to all aspects of our printed circuit board fabrication processes.
As a Process Engineer, a typical day might include the following:
- Providing engineering support in multiple areas of manufacturing.
- Specifying, developing, justifying, documenting, implementing, and sustaining assembly processes, equipment, and materials.
- Improving quality, efficiency, and capacity of processes.
- Investigating and recommending solutions to manufacturing challenges.
- Developing and/or conducting experiments to identify root cause of problems and evaluate process capabilities.
This job might be for you if:
- You have a B.S. in Engineering or equivalent.
- You have a working knowledge of statistics as applied to process capability measurements.
- You can train technical and non-technical staff.
- You possess effective writing, documentation, and speaking skills.
- You are able to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities.

Pay Range Data:
Associate Process Engineer, $60,800 – $95,000. Process Engineer, $69,100 – $108,100. We base our starting pay offer on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills. Our ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location.
