Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented PCB Assembler to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assembling PCBs according to specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability. This role requires precision, dexterity, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
- Assemble electronic components onto PCBs using hand tools and soldering equipment.
- Perform through-hole and surface-mount soldering.
- Inspect and test assembled PCBs for quality and functionality.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, making necessary repairs or adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following safety protocols and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure production goals are met.
- Document assembly processes and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in electronics is a plus.
- Proven experience as a PCB Assembler or similar role in electronics manufacturing.
- Proficiency in soldering techniques, both through-hole and surface-mount.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and blueprints.
- Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.
