Lotus Field Healthcare provides a variety of services to the clients in the comfort of their own homes, in accordance with their unique individual needs. Because of this, our caregivers are able to not only pick and choose the hours they work, but also the individuals they work with, ensuring there is a good match! No experience necessary, we will train the right match and work with you!

Tasks may range from assistance with minor household chores and running quick errands to providing company and compassion to our clients, while as Personal Care Providers we may also assist with maintaining the clients health and well being by providing such services as medication reminders, grooming, bathing, toileting and housekeeping.

Full Job Description:

We are hiring Homemakers and Personal Care Attendants in Pepperrell, Groton, Townsend, and Surrounding Areas!

Responsibilities (Varies by Patient)

• Assist clients with errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, grocery shopping, transportation, ambulation, and transfers.
• Personal care including dressing, bathing, mobility, incontinence care, and other services.
• Companionship and friendship for seniors and loved ones.
• Medication reminders
• Communication in daily log of client's health, well-being, and activities

Schedule
Flexible Scheduling:

• Weekday - short shifts
• Evening Shifts
• Weekends

Skills

• Good time management skills
• Respectful and compassionate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Communication and interpersonal skills
• Reliable Transportation / Ability to get to clients
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards

Successful applicants will meet the following requirements:

• PCA Certificate or Equivalent
• No Homemaker certificate required
• Valid driver's license, car insurance, and reliable vehicle
• Open availability strongly preferred.
• Must be bale to pass criminal background check and professional reference checks.
