Pca/Caregiver

Job Summary:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Patient Care Assistants. As a PCAs you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Your role will involve various duties such as providing personal care, assisting with household tasks, and promoting a safe and comfortable environment for our clients.

Duties:
- Provide personal care to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as cleaning and organizing
- Support clients with mobility and transfers, including lifting and repositioning
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by supervisors or healthcare professionals
- Promote independence and respect client rights
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
- Knowledge of senior care, assisted living is a plus
- Ability to work with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that may require lifting or bending
- Familiarity with first aid procedures is beneficial
