Pca Personal Care Assistant/ Med Tech

The Village at Morrisons Cove-Personal Care Facility is currently seeking to hire a Personal Care Assistant for the following positions:

• Part Time 1st

Experience as a caregiver is preferred, but not required. The Village will provide on the job training. Candidate must be in good physical and mental health, exhibit effective interpersonal and communication skills, be 21 years of age or older. CPR and First Aide certified or willingness to become certified. Willing to complete in-house Personal Care training.

As a Personal Care Assistant, you will qualify for a $2/hr shift differential on weekends!The Village at Morrisons Cove is an EOE. Apply online or in person!

Responsibilities:

-Medication Administration
- Provide Personal Care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
- Help with meal delivery and clean up adhering to dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
- Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's condition or behavior to the supervisor.
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a Personal Care assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 22.5 per week
