Care 4U Home Care Agency is seeking responsible and reliable individuals to join our team in the role of Home Health Aide.

Home Health Aides working in a home care setting do more than provide great care, they change the quality of life of seniors and people with disabilities to keep them independent and safe in the home.

Additional requirements include:

English proficiency and excellent communication skills

Two references required

Proof of a 2 Step-TB test taken within the last year showing clear results

*****Must be fully vaccinated with the Covid-19 vaccination.*****

Duties:
- Provide Personal Care assistance to individuals in their homes or healthcare facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility and transfers, including using assistive devices and techniques
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding, if necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry
- Monitor and record vital signs, as directed by healthcare professionals
- Administer medication and assist with medication management, under supervision
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

```Experience:```
- Previous experience as a Personal Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic caregiving techniques and principles
- Familiarity with Personal Care equipment and assistive devices
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
- Compassionate and patient demeanor

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
