Job Description:
As a Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Agent at Harvest Insurance, you will play a pivotal role in our mission to deliver exceptional insurance solutions to our clients. You will be responsible for prospecting, cultivating relationships, and closing sales of property and casualty insurance products to individuals and businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide personalized recommendations to meet their requirements.
- Policy Customization: Collaborate with clients to tailor insurance policies that align with their unique risk profiles and coverage preferences.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, coverage options, and industry trends to effectively educate clients and address their inquiries.
- Sales Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets, conversion rates, and other performance metrics as defined by management.
