Description:
Technician Duties/Work Flow
Will receive scheduling, logistics, devices details, from team lead
Technician coordinates with end users (internal employees - Physicians, medical staff, admins, etc.) to upgrade device
Device Refresh Team Responsibilities:
- This team's main focus is hardware lifecycle refresh (Laptops and Desktops)
- Will require a lot of communication with users and field support team
- Devices will already be imaged and end user aligned software is getting pushed
- Technicians will swap machines with end users and make sure the proper software was pushed and accurate applications were set up
Installers Graded on:
- Deployment quality (how many incidents are generated of 3 days of deploying the devices - 3-6% is acceptable)
Ideal scenario set up new devices (like for like) but with newer software
- Number of Devices Deployment (20 per week)
