This position requires demonstrated Payroll experience, strong knowledge of Payroll practices and an understanding of Integrated Payroll and Human Resources applications. Bachelor's degree and/or 5 years of hands-on Payroll experience is a must. Knowledge of certified payroll and interest in HRIS is a plus.
Responsibilities include:
- Being a key member of the payroll team to support the implementation and continued development of the payroll system
- Collaborating with the Payroll team in partnership with HR and MIS to ensure that our new system meets the end user needs while maintaining confidentiality and required compliance standards.
- Creating and maintaining reports.
- Assisting with system maintenance, testing, and documentation of procedures.
- Providing training and support to end users.
