Payroll Specialist

This is a hybrid position with onsite work at our Corporate Office position, situated near Beltway 8 North and Hardy Toll at: 15423 Vantage Parkway E, Houston, Tx 77032. Work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm with occasional weekend/evening work based on business needs i.e. Annual Open Enrollment. Travel: 2-3 trips annually with one week's notice to support New Hire Onboardings/Acquisitions. In this position, you will report to the Director of Human Resources.

Principle Accountabilities include:

+ 5 years' experience with payroll processing: fluency in ADP Workforce Now.

+ 3 years' experience supporting Annual Open Enrollment for our multi-state company with non-union contracts.

+ Position involves a weekly payroll, pre-and post- weekly payroll analytics, post-payroll GL reconciliation, ADP System Configuration, and monthly benefit bill audits.

+ Must pass reference, drug, and background check.

+ Spanish and English fluency a plus.
