We are seeking an Payroll Specialist to support our growth. We have 20 locations in New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas and are actively expanding into other markets. We are seeking a knowledgeable Payroll Specialist to process and manage the company's payroll. You will be the one to calculate wages based on hours worked/produced and administer payments.
A Payroll Specialist is able to use payroll software with accuracy and efficiency. They are good with numbers and can be trusted with sensitive information. They also have great communication skills to interact with colleagues and executives. Will work closely with the payroll lead to ensure accurate and timely payroll for all teammates.
This is a full-time position with pay and benefits. The hourly rate is $17.50/ hour to $25.00/hour, depending on experience.
Experience with common payroll software is required. Knowledge of the Paylocity payroll platforms and NetSuite is a plus
Requirements
• Extensive knowledge of legislation and regulations in the field
• Proficient in MS Office and good knowledge of relevant software (e.g., Paylocity, NetSuite) and databases
• Trustworthy and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive information
• Outstanding organizational ability with great attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• BS/BA in business, accounting, or relevant work experience required
