JOB TITLE: Payroll ProcessorRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting, auditing, and processing of time cards
- Labor corrections
- LOA timecard entry
- Coordinate sub-contractor transactions as it relates to set up, labor corrections, terminations
- Weekly labor warehouse allocations reporting to business partners
- Labor rate record maintenance
- PTO tracking and reporting
- Entering new hire information in applicable systems
- Employment verifications
- Special requests as requested or assigned
- Archiving and mail distribution

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school or equivalent
- PC Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet).
- Must be detail oriented
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Able to adhere to tight deadlines
