Key Responsibilities:

  • Payroll Processing: Process and manage payroll for approximately 300 employees, utilizing ADP Workforce and other payroll software to ensure accurate and timely payroll calculations.
  • HR Functions: Assist in HR-related tasks, such as recruitment for non-exempt positions, benefits administration, and general HR support.
  • Documentation and Filings: Maintain and manage payroll documentation, filings, and records to meet regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll.
  • Proficiency in ADP Workforce.
  • Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
  • Ability to manage the full payroll process from start to finish.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
  • HR generalist experience or a willingness to take on broader HR responsibilities.
  • Experience with other payroll providers is a plus.
