FSU is looking for a highly experienced payroll expert with full cycle payroll management in a high-volume environment. The ideal candidate would also have experience with financial enterprise resource planning systems, possess a Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification, and have experience in a higher education environment. Additionally, candidates must have extensive knowledge of applicable payroll-related state and federal laws as well as tax laws, Generally Accepted Accounting Principles, and an understanding of payroll and time-keeping systems. Finally, candidates must be effective collaborators who possess the ability to effectively communicate (written and verbally) with cross-functional business partners, internal/external stakeholders, and various levels of management.
