Payroll Associate, 2 Yrs. Experience Required

Capital Express is seeking a dynamic Payroll Associate to join our team.

Qualifications:

·_ Payroll experience required (2+ years)_

· Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience preferred

· Paycom experience helpful

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for bi-weekly processing of payroll
• Cross-train to cover payroll for multiple entities
• Other payroll related duties
• Reconcile payroll related general ledger accounts
• Reconcile health and supplemental benefit invoices
• Month end accruals
• Create, prepare and publish various payroll reports
• Assist with yearly 401k audit
• Year-end filings and reporting
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
