We are seeking a Payroll and Benefits Coordinatorto join the Vista team. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a Payroll and Benefits-related position.
Responsibilities for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator include:
- Reviewing timecard entries and processing and finalizing bi-weekly payroll for 150 employees
- Entering data into an HRIS system for new hires, changes, and terminations
- Administering staff benefits, including data entry, and serving as a point of contact for staff inquiries and issue resolution
- Processing and running reports as needed
Requirements for a Payroll and Benefits Coordinator include:
- High School Diploma plus two (2) years of administrative human resources or finance experience
- Experience having used an HRIS system
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Location: This position is based at our Madison, CT campus.
Job Type/Shift Information: This is a Full-Time, Monday through Friday, position. We are able to offer flexible hours with one-day remote work from home.
Hourly Rate: $21.43
