A Day in the Life:

The Payroll Analyst will provide payroll support for employees including regular payroll, special pay types, and bonus/incentive payments.
This position is an onsite located in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The salary for this position begins at $55,000 annually.
What You'll Do:
- Prepare and submit payroll records to ensure accurate processing and compliance with applicable laws and policies.
- Coordinate off-cycle payments for employees including retro, final, leave, disability, and bonus pay types.
- Respond to questions, audit, and correct timecards using a shared mailbox, Salesforce CRM, and ADP Global View.
- Provide training and support to ADP Global View users.
- Resolve with payroll vendor issues that arise during payroll processing.
- Support legal and risk management teams by providing data for filings and report requests.
- Maintain employee confidence and protect payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Document ADP related processes and updates as needed.
- Serve as a subject matter expert as it relates to ADP GlobalView and Payroll processes.
- Assist functional HR teams with identifying and articulating enhancements, new systems implementation, or data interfaces.
- Prepare requirements documentation and test plans for any changes, reports and/or employee data interfaces needed. Assists functional HR groups with executing the test plans.
- Perform other duties and special projects as requested.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years experience in payroll processing, payroll or HR analysis, or ADP
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or other related field
- Proficiency with or the ability to quickly learn HRIS, Payroll, and CRM software, required
- Proficiency in MS Office, required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to multi-task using multiple systems and applications
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organization, time management, delegation, and prioritization skills.
