Job Title:Payroll Account Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Payroll Account Manager to join our team. The Payroll Account Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of payroll processing for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and delivering exceptional service. This role requires a strong understanding of payroll laws and regulations, excellent client management skills, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Processing:
· Manage end-to-end payroll processing for assigned clients, including calculating wages, deductions, and withholdings.
· Ensure accurate and timely delivery of payroll services, meeting established deadlines.
2. Client Relationship Management:
· Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong relationships.
· Address client inquiries, provide expert guidance on payroll matters, and resolve issues promptly.
4. Payroll Audits and Reviews:
· Coordinate and participate in internal and external payroll audits.
· Conduct regular reviews of payroll processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure accuracy.
5. Payroll Reporting:
· Generate and provide comprehensive payroll reports to clients, offering insights into payroll data and trends.
7. System Maintenance:
· Oversee the maintenance and updates of payroll systems, ensuring data integrity, security, and compliance.
8. Issue Resolution:
· Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues, collaborating with internal teams and clients to address concerns.
9. Training and Development:
· Provide training and support to clients on payroll processes, system usage, and compliance matters.
· Stay current on industry best practices and share knowledge with clients.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
· Several years of experience in payroll processing, with a focus on client management.
· Strong knowledge of payroll laws, regulations, and tax requirements.
· Proficiency in using payroll software and systems.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage sensitive information.
