We are looking for a top-tier F&B Payments Sales executive to help grow Oracle Payments. This is a fabulous opportunity to be part of this amazing growth journey!

As the Payments Sales Director, you will sell our Payments solution into Food & Beverage customers in the US (future global expansion potential). You will own the sales function in conjunction with the sales reps selling our POS and other F&B solutions into this market.

What you'll be doing:

+ Selling Oracle Payments and related services to prospective and existing customers across mid-market, enterprise and sports & entertainment F&B sectors.

+ Running sales through forecasting, account resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.

+ Developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the application.

+ Participating in the development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.

+ Negotiating pricing and contractual agreement to close the sale.

+ Identifying and developing strategic alignment with other Oracle sales reps.

Ideally, what you will bring:

+ Acknowledged authority within the F&B Payments industry.

+ Leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes.

+ 5-10 years applicable experience including 5+ years of sales experience in the F&B Payments space.

+ A successful sales track record as an individual contributor and holding personal quota.

+ The ability to penetrate accounts, meet with partners within accounts.

+ Possess Payments industry and/or knowledge of Oracle's competitors.

+ Interaction with C level players.

+ Standout colleague with strong interpersonal /communication skills.

+ Negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.

US: Hiring Range: from $125,000 to $207,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55 - 50/50.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
