Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
This position will be a part of a team of students within the Procurement & Payment Services Department (PPS). The primary functions of this position are assisting with auditing accounts payable payment requests, expense reports and purchase order payments, as well as the verification of campus purchasing card statements to ensure accurate submittal, scanning and indexing documents into the various UND software systems, and other data entry and analysis duties. This position is open to Federal Work Study students & Institutional Students.
Required Competencies
• Ability to work with computer and electronic scanner
• Ability to learn Jaggaer/UND Marketplace e-Procurement and PeopleSoft Finance
Minimum Requirements
• Ability to work efficiently with Microsoft Office
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with campus departments, fellow student workers, and full-time PPS staff
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Successful completion of a Standard Criminal History Background Check
