Job Summary:
This position supports the Treasury Management Operations Division in the Wholesale Lockbox Department. The individual who fills this position will be responsible for efficiently expediting work from and to various departments within lockbox and properly using our automated imaging equipment (Opex Falcon) in order to image all documents received from the production floor. As an LBX Processor/Equipment Operator, you will also be responsible for reviewing and ensuring information from 1st and last item in each batch that is brought to the imaging department matches correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Pull mail out of bins, review client profiles, set up work, data entry, run scanning, doc capturing.
- Operating department equipment, and troubleshooting any problems that may arise
- Performing basic preventative and routine maintenance on assigned equipment
- Escalating any service issues to appropriate service contact and / or workflow coordinator / supervisor when required
- Providing preventative maintenance by cleaning machine and ensuring safe operating conditions
- Ensure all required quality control measures are followed
- Interacts with management and staff to ensure Service Level Agreements are achieved
- Cross training others as needed
Requirements:
- Must have experience with Opex Falcon (preferable) or any other Opex machines.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a H.S Diploma or GED
- Must have 1 to 3 years of Lockbox experience or related experience.
- Must have the basic skills to use a telephone, computer, fax and/or adding machine as needed.
- Must be detail oriented, have good problem-solving skills, and accurately interpret information
- Must meet the physical demands of the job: will require repetitive use of hands, some bending, lifting, twisting, turning, and standing for long periods of time
- Must have excellent communications skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Must have experience working under strict deadlines in a production-oriented environment
- Must have ability to stay until work is completed and work overtime as needed with minimal supervision.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary range for this role is $31080 - $38850.
