Sycamore Medical Management on behalf of The Plastic Surgery Center is the largest private Plastic and Reconstructive surgery practice in NJ and is distinguished by the outstanding training and backgrounds of our top plastic surgeons. Between them, our team of doctors has more than 100 years of combined experience performing cosmetic surgery of the face, skin, and body. In addition to common cosmetic plastic surgery, we offer advanced reconstructive procedures and have developed a number of innovative surgical techniques offered at few other facilities in the world for complex conditions, diseases and traumatic injuries.

Sycamore Medical Management is looking for a Payment Poster to join our team. The position will support our Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery entities: The Plastic Surgery Center, The Center for Outpatient Surgery and The Institute for Advanced Reconstruction.

Our ideal candidate must be able to handle a high volume of work while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy. They must demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Payment Entries
• Post payments to practice management system (cash payments, live checks, online credit card payments, EFT deposits, etc.)
• Record batch totals
• Reconcile and audit reports

Requirements:

• Minimum of two years of payment posting experience
• Ability to work with a high volume of work while maintain attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication
• Computer skills to operate EMR system
• Strong mathematical/analytical skills
