Job Description:
Hiring a Compliance Patrol Officer to serve as the compliance presence at a Gated Community in Murrieta. Duties may include performing patrol, inspection and/or incident response services and interacting with Residents in a friendly and professional manner.
Job Duties:
- May include operating a Golf Cart to perform patrol duties
- Inspects common areas, buildings, garages, and grounds
- Checks for violations, maintenance issues, unsafe hazards, unauthorized persons
- Reports Violations, work orders, and suspicious activity etc.
- Provides property access to Vendors and Visitors
- Operate a phone app to track and log work activity
- Interact with Community Staff and the general public with a professional demeanor
- Provides resource handouts & information to community
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record REQUIRED! Will operate a company vehicle.
- Able to obtain a CA guard card/license, background check and Drug Screen required
- Willing to work outdoors in various weather conditions
