We are looking to fill our vacant Patient Transportation Specialist position. We would love to speak to you if you:

1. Have 2+ years of driving experience with a strong preference to experience working with adults with psychiatric conditions
2. Have strong communication skills
3. Are a motivated, professional, and confident individual
4. Hold a Valid CA Driver's License
5. Are familiar with the Los Angeles, Orange County, and Riverside County areas
6. Are familiar with Microsoft Excel
7. Basic computer knowledge

As aPatient Transportation Specialist, you will be providing transportation, supervision, and support to patients getting to medical appointments. The shift for this position is 6:00am - 3:30p.
Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide transportation for patients to and from medical appointments
• Monitor patient attendance at medical and other off-site appointments
• Communicate necessary information between medical professionals and the clinical facility staff
• Observe and report significant patient changes to the clinic staff
• Participate in in-service education as required by state and facility regulations
• Assist in covering route assignments and dispatching for transportation supervisor as needed

Pay Range: $19.00-$21.00/hr
