Under supervision this position maximizes reimbursement for Patient Services by 1) assisting the patient in the pre-admission process; 2) providing assistance to patients with special financial needs; and 3) screening pre-registration inpatient admissions to ensure that all third party payor requirements have been met.

Hours: Full-time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 year experience in a customer service role
