Patient Services Specialist

Job Description: Patient Services SpecialistLocation: Lake Mary Clinic, Lake Mary, FL

As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and visitors at the Lake Mary Clinic. You will greet them with a smile, answer their questions, and assist them with their needs. You will also handle various administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, checking patients in and out, maintaining patient records, and completing paperwork. You will work closely with our physicians and staff to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
• Organization and attention to detail
