SalaryResponsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact to patients introducing Ellie Fund services and requesting additional information to complete grants. Review patient applications and determine services and grant amounts according to each program’s guidelines (curative vs. metastatic).
- Process patient grants per patient’s desired services:
- Gift cards (grocery and/or transportation).
- Arrange housekeeping services.
- Arrange taxi service or other transportation (Lyft, Uber, The Ride, or public transportation).
- Process reimbursement for grant services (massage, childcare, housekeeping, parking).
Requirements:
- Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
-Bilingual or multilingual fluency

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
