Job description: This position is responsible for scheduling medical appointments, inputting accurate insurance information and using automated systems efficiently to expedite patient scheduling. Must comply with all applicable regulations relating to patient privacy and confidentiality of sensitive information. Works with others in a team environment by establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with patients, staff, and the public at large. Offers friendly, courteous and confidential assistance to every patient, ensuring a positive experience.
